What is your return process?

 

If for any reason you are unsure about your items, you can easily return them to us for either an exchange or a refund.


To start the returns process, all you need to do is get in touch with our Customer Collective team, stating the reason for the return and they will give you all the information you need. You can speak to them via email (support@heist-studios.com) or live chat (office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm GMT). Please note that we do not cover the return shipping fee for tights, socks and international orders.


You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to return your item(s). All goods must be returned in the Heist packaging, in their original condition and in the case of our shapewear, with both the tag and gusset sticker intact. Please note that after the 30 day period, we will no longer be able to accept exchanges or refunds.

How long before my return is processed?

 

We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Please contact a member of the Customer Collective team via email (support@heist-studios.com) or live chat (office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm GMT), before you return any items, to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed straight away. Once a refund has been issued, please allow 5-10 business days for it to show on your account.

My tights/socks are the wrong size, what should I do?

 

We understand it can be a challenge to get sizing right 100% of the time. So, if you have tried on your socks and/or tights and find that the fit is a little off, we will process an exchange or refund for you, even if they have been worn.


All you need to do is get in touch with our Customer Collective team via email (support@heist-studios.com) or live chat (office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm GMT) within our 30 day return window. Please note that after the 30 day period, we will no longer be able to accept exchanges or refunds.

My shapewear is the wrong size, what should I do?

 

We understand it can be a challenge to get sizing right 100% of the time. So, if you have tried on your shapewear and find that the fit is a little off, we will process an exchange or refund for you, as long as the garment is in its original condition, with gusset sticker and tag intact.


All you need to do is get in touch with our Customer Collective team via email (support@heist-studios.com) or live chat (office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm GMT) within our 30 day return window. Please note that after the 30 day period, we will no longer be able to accept exchanges or refunds.

I received a faulty item!

 

In the unfortunate and rare instance that the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Collective team via email (support@heist-studios.com) or live chat (office hours are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm GMT).


We will request that you share photos and may ask you to send the item back to us in order to process an exchange or refund. Please note that any products that have experienced natural wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
