Most tights are made from two flat tubes of fabric, knit separately and sewn together with a seam down the centre of the waistband and often through the gusset. Semi-sheer or opaque: which seamless pair to choose
The choice comes down to denier, the measure of yarn thickness. At 35 denier the Thirty-Five reads as semi-sheer, enough to even out the leg while still showing some skin. Seamless only counts if it lasts
A seamless knit is comfortable on day one. Whether it stays that way depends on the yarn. Heist double-covers its yarn, wrapping the elastane core twice rather than once, so the filament is harder to snag. On sheers, anti-snag fusion technology sets the yarn under heat, so if it catches, it holds rather than running.
